What is an Ebook?
The term Ebook stands for electronic book. It is basically a book in digital form that can be read on your computer. They come in many formats including PDF, exe and Word. Most of the Ebooks on this site are in PDF format, which is compatible with both Windows and Macintosh computers
Do I need any special software to read an Ebook?
For Ebooks in PDF format, you will need Acrobat Reader which can be obtained from www.adobe.com. You will also need extracting software such as Winzip (www.winzip.com) to unpack your purchase from the ZIP folder that it will arrive in.
Will I get an instant download of my purchase?
Yes. After you have ordered by credit card or debit card, you are redirected to a page where you can download your Ebooks immediately. You'll also be able to download your Ebooks from your account: just log-in, click on the "My Account" link (upper right), and then click on "View the orders I have made" -- you'll see a download button for each Ebook you've purchased.

We accept credit card / debit card payments through PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account to order, however.
Can I return an Ebook?
Due to the nature of downloadable products, they cannot be returned.
Is there a shipping charge?
No. All Ebooks are downloaded and therefore there is no shipping charge.
